  3.                   ORDER FORM FOR ASSEMBLER LABORATORY
  4.   Parts of this is taken from ORDER.DSM included in DMP v3.01 by Otto Chrons
  5.

  8.         To get either a non-commercial or commercial license to use ALAB,
  9.         you need to fill this order form and mail it with signed Licence
  10.         Agreement (LICENSE.TXT) to Haavard Engum. Only printed form is
  11.         acceptable.
  12.  
  13.         Non-commercial license:
  14.           This is a license to use ALAB in development of non-commercial
  15.           products. Shareware is in this case considered a non-commercial
  16.           program (even if it really is not).
  17.  
  18.         Commercial license:
  19.           This is a license to use ALAB in development of ANY commercial
  20.           programs. No matter have small/big/cheap/expensive your program
  21.           is, you must use this license. A company only needs to purchase
  22.           one license, no matter have many users/computers are going to
  23.           use ALAB. You only need to fill out the name of the company,
  24.           along with the address/phone to the company. I recon there
  25.           will be VERY few commercial licenses...

  27.         Both licenses:
  28.           When you register you will get a disk containing a registered
  29.           version of Alab along with a personal registration key. When
  30.           a new version of Alab is available, you can pay a small
  31.           upgrade fee to get a disk with the new registered version. The
  32.           upgrade fee will be way smaller than the full price.

  34.         NB! I have the right to make any changes I want regarding
  35.         prices and the license agreement.

  37.         After you have filled the form correctly, pay the
  38.         price of ALAB using following methods:
